利用表面分析技術鑑定材料表面化學組成與結構，研究金屬觸媒催化、薄膜化學沉積、半導體表面處理反應機制。
研究燃料電池的金屬催化電極表面組成與反應機制相關性。
研究半導體在酸鹼水溶液中進行的光電化學蝕刻反應。
