(1)含鎳、鋅、銅酵素之活性中心的小分子模型之合成與特性研究及光譜探討和模型與酵素間之比較,以期更了酵素催化反應之反應機制。
(2)合成具掌性配位基之金屬錯合物,以進行不對稱共軛加成之催化反應。
